Sessions may include intuitive counseling and therapeutic embodiment practices, as well as homework, to assist you in accessing your highest potentials and accountability. Mentorship is designed for those who are ready to make lasting changes in their OUTER reality, break stuck patterns, and re-write their personal narratives, and become responsible creators of their reality.

A Professional Consultation is for you if you’re a professional looking for assistance with specific clients or case consultation in your helping/healing service work. These appointments are designed to be short-term for brief guidance with specific issues that arise in your work.  These are not meant to be on-going appointments. These sessions are also for professionals who wish to meet and ask questions about Jess’s specific Yothera® modality training, whether it is a good fit for them, and any personal questions they may have about the process.

These consultation sessions are also for those wanting guidance and information around Jess’s personal journey through clinical work, and professional development.
